Over the years, I’ve grown from designing user interfaces to leading large-scale projects as a Senior Product Design Lead. At Flexing It, I contributed to optimizing the user experience for a network of 80,000+ independent consultants and helped design solutions for 3,000+ organizations, including enterprises like Pfizer, PwC, Unilever, and many others.

Through it all, I’ve learned how to create impactful solutions that balance user needs with business goals, driving both consultant engagement and client satisfaction.

Developed a comprehensive platform to support freelance hiring with features like project tracking, hiring analytics, and a unified team framework, enabling smooth collaboration and efficient hiring processes for businesses.

Built a design system from scratch to ensure UI consistency across projects. Pitched the system to stakeholders, trained the team on its use, and implemented it using an agile plan, resulting in improved efficiency and a cohesive user experience.
